The latest addition to the Tomasi range, this is a young fresh alternative to the estate’s sparkling and semi-sparkling wines. Deep pink in colour, it has a delicate perlage and a fresh scent with Marasca cherry and redcurrant aromas; in the mouth it is nicely acid with a velvety tannin component; it is pleasant with all first courses, white meat and fish.

Serve at 8-10° in white wine glasses
