This Tomasi Brut sparkling wine is a classic revisited for those who love Prosecco
brut. Bright straw in colour, it has a fine perlage, definitely fruity scent with hints of
green apples and floral bouquet; the flavour is fresh and well-balanced flavour with a sapid finish;  ideal as
an aperitif, it also goes nicely with fat-free fish dishes and fresh cheeses.

Serve at 7-9° in typical sparkling wine flutes.
