A new great red flanks Tomasi’s classic Merlot. Ruby in colour with violet highlights, the Pinot Noir has a bouquet characterised by fruity (currant, blackberry, raspberry, cherry, strawberry) and floral (rose, violet) nuances. The taste is dry soft and persistent. It goes perfectly with elaborate game dishes and mature cheeses.

It should be served at 21° C, in classic red wine glasses.
