The meticulous choice of grapes is the secret of Azienda Agricola Tomasi’s new extra brut. Colour changing between straw yellow and greenish; the perlage is very fine and persistent. It has an intense aroma with fruity and floral notes. On the palate it is decidedly dry and fresh, with a savouriness that lengthens the sip on the finish. Superb as an aperitif, exceptional throughout a meal. It should be drunk young to enhance its liveliness and freshness.

It should be served at 6-8° in the typical Prosecco glass.
